If there was a running tally of the scores the comments might not match. Some one might say it was garbage, but the overall rating is good. An individual pass/fail ranking for each set of comments would be good, but an overall pass/fail as well would show total standing. If you have both you can see where each individual is coming from in their feedback, but the film makers can also see the over all rating with the overall pass/fail.
