If I remember correctly, all the marines you have in T&R die when you rescue the captain. They stay behind at the bridge while you go on to the holding cells, and when you come back, the're dead. Is there some way to glitch the level so they don't die? Admititly, you'd have to move fast to keep them from being sliced by the two sword-wielding elites.
