I've felt that at some moments it would be useful, but it would probably clutter the UI having another option directly below it.

Plus, what happens if you're in a rush and you accidentally hit that option instead of saving? I know I'd probably break a few controllers. :(

In relation to the UI statement, have you ever felt like you'd love for the Back button to completely remove the menus during a game? You have to dig around about 5 menus to get to the option you'd want (like controller sensitivity) and then you have to back out slowly through every single one of them to get to the action. Sometimes I'd like to be a bit quicker when I'm making changes on the fly when I'm trying not to get slaughtered. :(
