In Response To: Re: I disagree (mrbananas) Halo: Combat Evolved was a game. A GAME. It had a million hours of shooting, shooting, and shooting. That does NOT equate to a good movie. There's a reason The Flood was the worst of the three books. Not because the author was bad, but because he was restricted by the game. The Fall of Reach was cinematically designed, it could easily be made into a good movie, and there's NOTHING about it you have to have played the games to know. It is the beginning, and if they're trying to aclimate newbies to Halo, that's where they should start.
