If you want to see what an online community should actually act like, check out Socom 2. I don't know much about PS2 or anything else, but I borrowed one for awhile with Socom 2, and the whole community keeps itself inline. There's some smack talk, but almost none. The games are regulated by the players, teams are kept even, and assholes are booted out thanks to a majority vote system. I hope microsoft took a few pointers from them for Xbox 360, becasue Xbox is just getting worse and worse.
