In Response To: The importance of organic reclaimers (Wado SG) I think genetics plays an important role here. Library - An unordered collection of clones (ie, cloned DNA from a particular organism), whose relationship to each other can be established by physical mapping. It would make perfect sense that the security is based on a genetic scale, as Reclaimers are, as far as we know, required to be human. In the case of the flood, the genetic material becomes damaged, evidenced by their distorted appearance. I think this theory lends support to the theory that Humans are genetically related to the Forerunners, perhaps even remnants of the race itself left behind as a safeguard against the Flood. Taken in the context of the Biblical Ark and it seems even more possible that this could be the case. "I am a monument to all your sins." |
