I can not say why you are having problems exactly. All downloads are performed via FTP not HTTP. The FTP protocol is better suited for moving large files which is why we use it. However, we have an office in Florida and we utilize the Roadrunner cable service for its connectivity. We often experience problems with FTP transfers to that office. It could be an issue with your ISP or possibly your firewall/router.
