Odd images in QZ*pictures*

While playing through QZ, I got ontop of the level here:

I turned around and I saw this structure:

I looked inside the glass and I saw a snowy mountain picture plastered on the wall(of a room)4 times:


A little further UP than what the image shows, you'll see the forth one.

A little later, I decided to see what I was looking at, so I extracted the image from the map:
scenarios\skies\solo\sentinelhq\bitmaps\floodzone
