In Response To: Theory: Gravemind is Forerunner. *minor SP* *long* (7he grunt w/a plasma pistol) I think he's a reject, literally, no offense to anything. He might have been just one of the flood specimens that the Forerunners were studying and was "discarded". He then manifested into a big mass of flesh, plant, thingy...with breath you could see.
