Peugot was : first with their 'Hoggar' concept (just a little blatant) I've been waiting for someone to post about the 'Hoggar' concept again for a while now. The reason? Because the idea that they 'borrowed' the design is laughable. Sure, it seems sensible at first, but digging a little deeper reveals that -- if anything -- Bungie was the one doing the borrowing. The Hoggar is just an elaboration on Peugeot's Touareg concept which debuted in '96.
