In Response To: Rule Brittania (Ross Mills [subnova]) In the US, there's "prime time" which I imagine is the same idea. I think about 6-10pm or something is supposed to be "when America is watching", so that's when shows are supposed to be most censored (unless they're popular like NYPD Blue, in which case man ass and cursing are just fine). After that, technically, networks are SUPPOSED to be allowed to show whatever they want. It never gets used, but it's supposed to hold true. Of course, the US "technically" has more censorship than some Communist nations, but whatever. | |
