: _Sep7imus Well, as far as I know, c0ld never actually hit bottom alive. He managed to get almost all the way down by bumping on top of the turret as it slid down the hill. And also, I'm not the one who did the turret from the AotCR bridge thing. That was highasakite. As you all know, the halo engine will only allow you to fall so far (without stopping) before you die. If you manage to stop your decent, the clock starts over. Also, falling very slowly cancels it out as well. It has something to do with distance and speed. There is no way (i think) that you could stay in the turret all the way down. If the turret hits on its top or side, it will will throw you out in most instances. If you hit on the bottom or near the bottom, you often stay in. If you look up c0ld's post on T&R you will find out what all he accomplished. Like I said though- it's doable. JH <>< |
