I have been drolling over this for you know a coupla hours, blacked out here and there, but its time to hel bungie out a little. One thing i noticed, the wheels. Look at the design. Not that im complaining, but the look...well the dont look as good as the rest of the picture. The other thing was there wasn't any blood on teh dead blue guy. Now, about the shadows and previous frams of the gun, that seems to me an effect of the beta test and of the screenshot itself. This is basically a freeze frame, so anything you normally would not notice is still there.

Secondly, if i remember right, wasn't it Human's vs. Covies? As in you and your buddy, after spending many glorious weeks on co-op, ahve decided to take a break. Oh no, not from the game! from the co-op mode! You switch over to split screen. You find yourself, on the top of a bunker, on a large hill. Approaching are bands of hunters, duos of elites, prophets, cowardly jackals and those god forsaken sheilds, and the little dumb grunts running towards you, giving way for the rest of your force. Scattered behind destroyed covenant and human ships, long since destroyed, are covenant busses, shades, ghosts, who knows? maybe even a wraith and a peice of artillery to kick your little asses back to kingdom come. This is how i pictured it. Now perhaps im wrong, but doesnt taht seem a little more sensible and bungie style to you? I mean elite bots wouldnt be to bad, but that just doesnt seem like bungie. Not to mention if you have it like this, the randomness increases thre playibilty tenfold.
