Well beside the more secure feeling mnemesis gets from not : having to deal with all the technology, just good old snail mail, I think : both mnemesis and Finn get quite a bit of satisfaction from ripping up and : burning those submissions that don't make it to the Story Page. : One time Finn wasn't happy with something I sent him presumably and then I : hear this loud ripping sound like a piece of paper being ripped up into a : thousand pieces by a gang of rabid gerbils, followed by maniacal laughter, : then the sound of lighter fluid being sprayed liberally onto something, : followed by the lighting of a match and a "poof" sound like : something catching on fire and all the air getting sucked out of the room. : Then the sound of a fire extinguisher followed by more maniacal laughter. : Finn's voice yelling something about "the plane, boss, the plane is : here" then the sound of sweeping and the flush of a toilet. : I sure do wish I could find that link to the wave file Finn made of all of : this to haunt my Story Page posting days for the rest of eternity or until : the close of the universe or until Halo 2 comes out. Err... I hope Finn and mnemesis know that I was joking. The fact that they don't post every single email I send them is a good thing. HSP rocks and I'll say it again, HSP rocks.
