Um... it was news on every single halo site on the net, at the time, including Bungie.net. Many, many people wrote nasty letters to this woman - and many more wrote letters apologizing for the rudeness for their compatriots.

There's a HUGE difference between a 'response' and 'malicious spam generation'; if you can't see that, we really don't have anything to talk about, because we're not even in the same book, much less on the same page.

There was no indication at all in your note that your comment was anything but serious. You say it was humor - but you're defending it here, so was it, really?

Writing a note to him telling him how he was wrong is a perfectly valid response. That's not what you were discussing, though - in fact, it's not even what you're discussing here.
