Bumping stuff
Posted By: GrimmoReeperDate: 8/22/03 12:12 p.m.

You've recently figured out that the covie dropship's turret gun is a character. This means that the Pelican's chin gun is also a character. Since you can bump characters, why not bump one of those two?

There was a post earlier on about a time someone bumped a Gold Elite. The plasma sword started swinging itself automatically when you were close to an enemy. I saw c0ld vengeance's pelican flying movie, and noticed, as did most of the other viewers, that the chin gun fired itself when you flew close to an enemy. The covie dropship's turret gun must do the same.

Seeing as I'm rambling about events that happen automatically in relation to proximity, I might as well stay on that topic

I would like to warn against bumping Infection Forms and Carrier forms, due to their relative weakness and tendency to blow up when you are close to enemies

Also, I'm wondering about the combat form's tentacle whip. It activates automatically in close proximity to enemies, doesn't it?

Since Hunters have already been bumped before, I wanna ask those privaledged few: did the shield start swinging when you got close to an enemy?

Has anyone bumped 343 GS yet? In a completely unrelated topic, has anyone turned on "one shot kill" and killed GS? I faintly remember someone saying something about GS sliding around on the floor, but I can't remember the conditions of how he got there...

Max. Distances of EVERYTHING, (Researched by Me.)
