Maybe it's going to be called *puts on deep and rumbly voice* "Halo, the sequel - In RPG Mode"?

I can't see Bungie only using their state-of-the-art engine for the Halo games. I understand your point about them not wanting to follow Id's philosophy, but won't it be a waste of a damn fine engine? If the engine is as good as we think it's going to be, then surely it can be used for diverse products, ranging from "First Person Shooters" to "Third Person Shooters" and for many different styles... on the premise that the game is rendered in 3D.

Just a thought ;-)
