Hmmmm, the DVD thing may be a little hard for all the non-yanks like me. If Bungie truly wanted to appear on the international scene, they should open up some small Bungie stores in major cities around the world (like London, Melbourne, Tokyo and Rome (just to mention a few).
More Money is always better :)
