The way I look at it, Matt is a lot like one of the powerups in Worms Armageddon. One of the more rare ones that you don't get in a normal game, like the Carpet Bomb or the Mail Strike or the Concrete Donkey.

Now, these weapons are impressive and fun, and you might be tempted to use them all the time, as soon as you can, just for the heck of it. After all, they're really cool. But the thing is, you've only got a limited number of these powerups, and you don't want to run around wasting your precious Super Sheeps by asking them what they had for breakfast. Because eventually, there's going to be a pesky enemy worm up on a protected ledge, and you're really going to be wishing you hadn't wasted that Holy Hand Grenade on the stationary worms that you easily could have handled with a simple shotgun.
