You should hold a contest to see who could create the best box design and then actually use it for Halo. One of our guys at Battleground: Halo, Bad_Craziness has done a lot of design work, he's the guy that designed the original Quake logo. :) I believe he's even made a Myth II magazine ad for Bungie as well. This might almost be a shoe-in for him. :)

Anyways, you should throw out some PSD files with different elements you guys want included in the box design and leave it up to the fans. One company did something similar, I think it was Relic with Homeworld, but I could be mistaken.
