I discovered a way to activate those Drones without firing a shot. : If you lure a blue fighter into the hallway that lies next to the Drones : (off the 1x recharger room), the fighter will activate the Drones. I am : not sure why that is the case. I thought maybe it was because the blue : fighters fire their weapon. However, one time i got one of them to : activate the Drones before it had even fired a shot! I know the player : cannot activate them without firing a shot. Can anybody shed any light on : this? Why does the blue fighter activate them, but the player does not? : Will any enemy work? I never tried to get a purple fighter or another : Drone to activate them. They may also. While I can't answer your question I always thought it odd that you had to fire a shot to activate the Drones in the first place. Doesn't really make any sense. Surely the idea should have been that as you approach the window the Drones come out of the water. Perhaps this was another mistake that never got rectified? Cheers Hamish
