: I really do miss the good old days of Marathon. I mean, look at the first: It kept a certain sound, and it has background music, for example. But, in Marathon 2, Infinity and AO, the sounds are often different: for example, here are the sounds of Pfhor enforcers dying in all of these games:
Marathon 1: Oooooouuuuuu!!!
Marathon 2: Raaaaaaaaawwwwwwww!!!
Marathon Infinity: Raaaaaaaaawwwwwww!!!
Marathon Rubicon (AO): Raaaaaaaaaaawwwwww!!!
Sheesh! And Marathon 1 is more challenging. Bobs run around everywhere, sometimes getting in your way, yelling "they're everywhere!" and in the next ones, they make it less challenging by going around shooting stuff. THESE ARE ONLY EXAMPLES
