Woah! Freakout! New stuff! I'm tripping here... : ) : One, from Vaxuum BOB has been posted called 'Dangerous Distances'. : Interesting stuff. : http://marathon.bungie.org/maraff/new.html Hm. Indeed, interesting. The dream sequences were, I felt, particularly effective, as was the interpretation of the Pfhor. However, I did think the start was somewhat weak, and perhaps a little confused. Your idea of the interlinking of the pfhor and the human was good and original, but... Not quite as clear as it could have been. BOB, do you understand the difference between the words 'concience' and 'conciousness'? I think you've used the first twice (once at the beginning, once at the end) when you should have used the other. Otherwise, a neat and original story. I'm sorry if that comes off harsh, but If you're like me you'll appreciate an honest, scathing review than a mindless, 'yeah, cool.' :D : The other is by myself and an avid Bungie fan in my home town, Justin : Vessair. : http://marathon.bungie.org/maraff/archive/t/storybook/cover_front.html : The Tale of Seefit! : It's the first illustrated Marathon Story at the MaraFF. Justin and myself : adapted the story from Steve Levinson's great work "Welcome to the : Rebellion", also found at the MaraFF. Ah, yes. Now, does the *Halo* community have a childrens/young adults picture novel? I don't think so. Cool stuff. I especially liked the image of the hunter exploding, that was pretty darn neat. :D : Gotta love all that subversive Bungie content I sneak into my school : assignments. Heh, I've actually only ever done this once. Wrote a 2-page somewhat poor facismile of Arrival, with quite a few details changed. But that was soooo long ago. Nearly two or three years ago, really. : Let Vaxuum BOB and myself/Justin Vessair know what you think of the stories. Done. : ) Service With A Smile: ), Scifiteki
