I don't think that you would need a Thinker for what passes as Pfhor computer science. Who knows what clan of Pfhor would serve as the military elite. I've seen some scenarios show them as hunters and even as cyborgs, but most seem to show them as enforcers. A thinker's got to outrank an enforcer. : 3 guesses as to who... You're absolutely right.
