Hak/Anvil are a sloth in updating their pages. I usually do my thin™ in a page, then save (as) the (small) changes and close the current Shapesfile. Reopen and start again. Once in a while, I Shapesjuggle the changes into a clean new Shapesfile, it's a max pain in the bum when the Shapesfile gets corrupted.
