The timing of the Rogue Star

By 2811, at the end of Marathon 2, a rogue star has been passing through our galaxy for "nearly a millennia" (sic).
Is 815 years near enough to a millennium?
Could the rogue star’s entrance to our galaxy be the return of the Jjaro two years after the events of Pathways into Darkness, in 1996?
There are other significant events dated to that same “around a thousand years ago” estimate relative to M2, namely the departure of K'lia from Lh’owon, and the Pfhor conquest of the S’pht. Might these all be related?
The Jjaro return to deal with the Dreaming God. While back, they recall K’lia to them, or just send it away from Lh'owon for some reason. Perhaps K’lia bore some deterrent that kept Lh'owon protected from outside forces, or perhaps its departure just drew attention, but perhaps it is K'lia's disappearance that then makes way for the Pfhor to conquer the S'pht?
