Yeah, I remember encountering that lift the first time, killing all the enemies, and then waiting for it to go back up again – it never did. On my second playthrough, I just ran past all the enemies to make sure I got on the lift before it went up the first time.
And yes, I do need to put together the terminal images for the next couple of levels – my apologies, I should have that finished in a day or two.
