It is a M∞ map in both Data Fork ("Hats Off to Eight Nineteen") and Resource Fork ("._Hats Off to Eight Nineteen"). Simplest method is to rename them as follows:

"Hats Off to Eight Nineteen"
-> "Hats Off to Eight Nineteen.sceA"

"._Hats Off to Eight Nineteen"
-> "Hats Off to Eight Nineteen.sceA.rsrc"

For more information on why, I'm certain it has been documented somewhere.
