Yup. You pretty much described the route I worked out: Go up to Alien Pipes using the teleporter to skip But They're Hungry and most of Evil Undead Phantasms on the way up and down. Play pipes on Ground Floor then go down to Happy Happy, Carnage Carnage, fight the carnage room for the red cloak, go collect the easter egg and take the teleporter to A Plague of Demons. Continue down to Need A Light? for the radio beacon, then go through Watch Your Step for the green crystal and nuclear device. Go through I'd Rather Be Surfing to open the return doors and Warning: Earthquake Zone to collect the lead box, then eat the easter egg, fight the end gauntlet, set the bomb, and walk out. I think leaving via Happy Happy, Carnage Carnage after The Labyrinth is faster than the other way for the return journey, but I'm not 100% sure of that yet.
