Technically, the audio files are included in the package on the Trilogy Release page. I assume it's the CD-exclusive audio tracks you're interested in, though.

As far as I know, there's no country where it's illegal to access (as opposed to distributing) material copyrighted in the US. You can listen to them here, or download them from here.
