	Evil is Evil, no doubt about it. No Marathon scenario comes close to capturing the fear factor first evident in M1 than Evil - nothing produced by Bungie since and certainly no other 3rd party scenario. I've played Evil through multiple times now (I've lost count) and, although I don't claim to be a vidmaster, I'm a decent player. Still, I have yet to manage to get through Schmackle on anything higher than Normal (without cheating), making it the *only* level that I have been unable to play on TC. If I could only use that *@!& pattern buffer near the beginning of the level! I have looked and looked using every legitimate method I know of to find a way to activate the pattern buffer, all to no avail. My question, then is, is it possible to activate that pattern buffer? If not, I'll stop bashing my head against the wall and just keep practicing. If it is possible, I would not object to any hints anyone can give me, but I'll keep searching in any case. I've tried contacting the author, but the e-mail links on the Evil web site are broken and the Fridgidman site is down.
