Heh... you could put a lot of the odd stuff in the story down to that. :) Timelines only need a minor change to be different timelines. have you ever seen the X-files episode 'Monday'. The whole episode is the same timeline over and over again each with little differences but all ending in an explosion and the death a large number of people. In each timeline, Mulder learns something different and eventually prevents the explosion in the last successful timeline. Sounds familiar doesn't it. : A better point is this: why would Tfear order the deployment of the trih xeem
