We have. It's unlikely. ;) Durandal says on Ne Cede Malis that he didn't get a chance to send you to Lh'owon to explore and find a way to stop the Pfhor. The whole plot of M2 (and large chunks of Moo) is to activate Toth and call the S'Pht'Kr.

Also you see Tycho's ship out the window; in Fatum Iustrum Stultorum Tycho crashes and burns on a moon.
