In Response To: Re: Tour of Duty - Smells Like Napalm... (Godot) : There were three. Pfhorte, Mia, and Marathon Map Editor.
Hehe! I now remember Mia and MME and I must have messed with them, but for sure I used Pfhorte. IIRC, it either had a nicer interface and/ or richer feature set. I'm afraid my current OS is too new to use even Forge; at least without a lot of OS gymnastics. I'm not up on that these days. Using my favorite search engine, I found these (besides what's at this forum). Consider them as being memorialized here. http://www.odsnet.com/pfhorte/ http://www.excaliburworld.com/emr/pfhorte.html http://docmaker.whpress.com/files/pfhorte-handbook-1-3/ http://webwonks.org/Marathon/utilities/marathon1.html Just tried Weland. Cool. A lot like Forge. I'll have to try VML for wrangling texture alignment, but these should be the ticket.
