Blue Meanie Screenshots *LINK*

I can take a hint. :)
Here are two screenshots of the Black Crystal being used on the Blue Meanie. My cheated saved game is included at the bottom of my post, for any who wish to try it themselves. You'll have to rename it to "Saved Games" to use them, remember!
In the first screenshot, I lower Blue "Rock Solid" Meanie's health with my (cheated) AK-47 and turn him to stone with one charge of my (cheated) Black Crystal. There's a nice lawn ornament for your place back home! :)

In the second screenshot, I reload my game (using the ANYWHERE cheat) and immediately equip my Black Crystal. I run out of charges before he is defeated.

And just for run, I took screenshots of his death in reaction to the other crystals. Only the Blue and Orange ones produced interesting results, though.
