We seem to be crossing paths here. Hrm.

The ones on BTH are open when you come through, and there appear to be no open mechanisms for them that I can find; maybe one of those Other Trigger Areas. I am testing this on a saved game that has visited all these points in the pyramid, but haven't found anything yet. So far it seems to work that the way you came up will always be locked, and the way you go down will always be open.

There are open triggers paired with the ones on HHCC, so the second time through both doors will stay open (the paired close runes only work once, like the runes in the Carnage Room)

The Big Blue Meanie doesn't wake up until he spots you. You can camp out in his lair making grenades for some time--I know this very well. 134 may open the door by 135 if there's already a close function.
