The normal door-closers don't open again, unless you approach an opening trigger on the other side. I assume the ones on BTH and HHCC open again after another trigger, correct?

- Do the BTH doors open after: visiting Ascension, visiting the Ascension trigger zone, or getting the Pipes? Are they open right away, or does the closer switch to an opener?

- Do the HHCC doors open after stepping on the yellow rune? As above, are they open, or does it act like an opener trigger?

The Blue Meanie's lair is interesting. Trigger 134 doesn't need to close the door behind you, that's handled by the one immediately west of the door. Does 134 wake him up and get him hunting you? For 135, I wonder if it won't close until you've killed him, to prevent you sneaking past and trapping him inside?
