The 137s are Sentinels; this should correspond with the sector type for them in Lasicate Ogne Speranza, Voi Ch'Intrate.
The 140s are pods (20 damage each)
18-21 are triggers in different areas of the map. 18 is for the area around both ladders, 19 is the area around the eastern wing, 20 is the area around the crystal, and 21 is everything else.
My play intuition is that one trigger in each area cancels all of them out. You can only trigger each sector type once, that is. Running over a 140 before an 18-21 (instead of the documented lizard first, then pod) still nullifies each class of trigger (I do not know if this is time dependent) meaning all lizard attacks are avoidable. The mid-map sectors (21) are all avoidable by normal play. To get out of the ladder, get the crystal, access the east wing, and obtain the bomb then require one pod hit each.
22 is the pod containing the bomb, which presumably exists separately to place the bomb over the "after" picture.
