I just zero-damaged the Oozes on Warning: Earthquake Zone with one red, one brown, one blue, taking the poison as late as possible and curing it as early as possible.
The major caveat I had is having been through there once already (this is a post-beating OK, Who Else Wants Some sans nuclear bomb trial balloon saved game) so I did not have to kill any Ghasts to do it. I will modify an old save to give me a Bubbling Red so that I can try it in the situation many people are likely to need it in (ghasts before the oozes, after them, in the room after that...)
