Ryan Martell makes reference to 'Vulcan2'. So from this I would say yes. As for information about this in-house editor, there is very little. Ryan is credited with creating this so perhaps contacting him directly might help. Last I heard he was sailing the high seas. There is contact info for him at this site. http://www.aboardvalkyrie.com/index.html But it was last updated in 2008 so it may be out-of-date. Cheers
