That is the implication.

Hmm... from memory there is M1/M2, the Infinity manual prologue, Ne Cede Malis, the Despair chapter, the Rage chapter, and the Envy chapter... though I recall there being some theorization that one of the chapters spans two different timelines, but my memory there is fuzzy.
: 3. In the "Envy" chapter, does the player make a "jump"
: between timelines without dreaming first? If so then where?

: 4. If in the end the player has changed what happened by going into a
: different timeline, then what happened to the universe/timeline for
: Marathon 1 and 2?
It was destroyed by the release of the W'rkncacnter.
