Maybe? See above.
I don't believe so. The player's actions can all be accounted for directly in Envy, at least:
1) From By Committee to Converted Church, he's working for Tycho
2) At the end of Converted Church, Thoth snags him and brings him to Son of Grendel
3) Player proceeds through Strange Aeons to Bagged Again, when he's captured by Tycho and brought to Big Time
4) Player beats Big Time and is rescued by Durandal, after which the two proceed to Aye Mak Sicur to end the game.
