It seems to me that groups the Orphanage, Big House, and ScenarioNews all together in one "Scenarios" section would make logical sense. The section basically be ScenarioNews, but the links to the "finished" and "dead" scenarios would not just link to news but also the finished scenarios' websites and the dead scenarios' remains.
