Eternal X Commentary: "Septococcal Pfhoryngitis"

Level 02: "Septococchal Pfhoryngitis"
(Created by Don-Martin Antell. This level was originally titled "Ruby So Ho". Its ancient predecessors used to use the lava environment, and amongst their titles were "Don't Forget To Die", which served as a clue to the apparent suicide trap that lead to the easter egg terminal on the level, and "Boiler Room", which is the title of a movie I never saw but it seemed appropriate for the level, back when it was lava based.)
You teleport in near some sewers. There is a terminal nearby.

(In an earlier version of this level was a hidden terminal featuring two Marathon-themed parodies written by Ben Wigler on the old Bungie Boards on AOL, way back in the day. The actual terminal in the map is gone, but the texts are still in there on Terminal 1, one parody for the Unfinished terminal and another for the Finished, and the complete collection of Ben's parodies can still be found online at <http://www.west.net/~forrest/misc/OdesToBob/>.)
Eventually you find the chip and implant it into the uplink slot, whereupon you are immediately teleported out to Level 3: "Dysmentria".
(Originally, long long ago, an exit terminal featured Hathor bragging that she was about to "toss you aside like so many shotgun shells", but I felt that that was both unbelievable dialogue and ruined the surprise. If she was going to toss you aside she'd just do it; so now, she does.)
