Low-flying defense drones

I just played "Beware of low-flying defense drones". There is a terminal on the map where it appears Durandal and Tycho are arguing, and you see part of this argument. Anyways, could Tycho have armed the rogue drones and having a physical 'argument' of sorts with Durandal? Did Durandal bring you back to help settle this 'argument' and clean up Tycho's mess before things got out of hand?
