IMHO

The "white" gene is actually a recessive gene... so if the mixing occurs the ppl on the Marathon would be mostly colored ppl on next generations (at least the next 11,000 years, till the evolution plays its role), but if humanity is still stupid then, and there are "purist" it would be different...

Also there were Martians and Earth people so it is harder than white, black, asian, morenitos, etc.

anyway... it's just my stupid opinion :)
