Heres what I'm thinking.
I watched a video about the aboriginal residential homes. One thing that they were discussing, was that with passing generations the aboriginal may be eliminated. He showed a picture of the grand father, then the father, then the son. The grand father was an aboriginal, the father was a half n' half (half casté was the term they used), and the son was white. Note the mother was probably white. It never specified.
With this thing happening, maybe its what happened to the Bobs.
Back in the 2400s, everyone on the Marathon was probably a mix of each race. And over the three hundred years, the colony had children, and then they had children, and so on. Enough time for there to be at least five generations. Seven at the most. The same thing may have happened here as well. The other races were probably eliminated through the passing generations, and the outcome was white people.
Thats my two cents.
And no, I don't cover everyone else on the Marathon who was frozen in a block of ice. They probably turned out blue ;)
