I think there's pretty much activity here. Unfortunately the Story forum is a bit low on the priority list due to it's low traffic. The HBO forum is much more watched over by everybody, and that's (probably) what's eating up the time and effort of the B.org staff (who are doing this on a purely voluntary basis).
