The second switch that Shaki tells you to hit is only accessible after you have entered the final room the first time. On the first trip into the final room, you are teleported onto a "platform on trigger" poly that raises a small panel that reveals the second switch. So it's doubtful that you hit both switches at the same time. I don't know. That's pretty weird. Steve, did you actually teleport to the next level?
