I'll look towards putting a PB towards the end of Package and beginning of War. *Maybe* one in Landing, but I don't think there'd be a PB on top of a landing pad.
I'll also look into the elevator issues (mainly putting a switch on the inside of the 2nd story. This level was meant to be quite a bit larger, but alas, 256 polys creeps up on you VERY fast.
